Deception FC Registration
Players wishing to join one of our Deception FC competitive teams must go through a tryout process. This program is the current version of having players be selected to teams based on established protocols from Washington Youth Soccer.
Our 2024-25 tryout schedule for the spring window is closed. Prior registration for future tryout opportunities is highly recommended, although we do accept walk-up players with their parents/guardians to sign the paperwork. DFC tryouts are always free!
Deception FC offers tryouts for high school boys in February of each year. All other eligible birth years have their tryouts in either late April or early May. Supplemental tryouts might be offered in August, while our DFC Juniors program has its tryout window in December.
Player applications through the tryout process are accepted based on enrollment, team needs, and other variable circumstances. Registration links will be available soon. Subscribe to our Newsletter for the latest announcements!

North Whidbey Soccer Academy Registration
North Whidbey Soccer Academy is a class- and camp-based program that operates on a variable schedule throughout the year. Our primary programming typically occurs on Sunday afternoons with a monthly reoccurring registration process.
Registrations for December 2024 Academy Sessions are now open! We are offering two clinics this session, held on Sundays at Fort Nugent Park, starting 12/1 and ending 12/31:
- Basic Skills U8 and up: 2-3pm, Sundays
- Tekking & Technique (Footwork): 3-4pm, Sundays
The monthly fee for North Whidbey Soccer Academy is $35, and scholarships are available for qualifying families. Please come join us at Fort Nugent for this excellent opportunity to learn and practice new techniques in a supportive and fun environment!
