Our Programs

Schedule
- Seasons: Spring Rec season starts in April and ends in June. Fall Rec season starts in September and ends in November. Deception FC teams are typically active from June to April.
- Practices and Games: Check Team Snap and our schedule page for upcoming games. Practices are scheduled by coaches via Team Snap.
Parent Expectations and Guidelines
- Supportive Behavior: Always encourage all players, coaches, and officials. Positive reinforcement and respect for others’ efforts are crucial. Encouragement is essential. Applaud effort and sportsmanship over performance.
- Sideline Etiquette: Positive cheering only; coaching from the sidelines is discouraged to avoid confusion and pressure.
- Attendance: Timeliness and preparedness for practices and games help teach responsibility.
Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Essential Equipment
- Required Gear: All players need to have their own soccer cleats, shin guards, and appropriate practice clothing. Team uniforms will be provided for games.
- Recommended Items: We recommend bringing water bottles, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing.
